Return & Refund policy
Hassle-Free 30-Day Return & Refund
If an item has manufacturing or workmanship defects caused by our error, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us first at support@blingflare.com for detailed return instructions.
Returns for Personal Reasons
For returns requested due to personal reasons (including dissatisfaction with style, appearance, or any non-quality issues), we will process a refund to your original payment method minus 30% of the total order value once the item is received and inspected to be in unused and unworn condition.
This 30% fee covers taxes, administrative costs, shipping and packaging expenses, and material loss. It does not fully compensate for the labor and production invested — we do not profit from this fee.
Important Return Requirements
1. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2. All returns must be shipped with tracking and require a signature upon delivery.
3. Items must be returned in unused and unworn condition.
Non-Eligible Items
Please note: Custom orders and engraved items are made exclusively for you and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy
We understand that preferences can change. If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, you must contact us at support@blingflare.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
All exchanges require a 30% fee based on the original order total. This fee covers taxes, administrative costs, shipping and packaging expenses, and material loss. It does not compensate for labor and production invested — we do not profit from this fee.
Exchange Payment Rules
If you choose to exchange for a higher-priced item, you must pay the price difference between the original item and the new item, plus the 30% exchange fee based on the original order.

3. All exchange packages must be shipped with tracking and signature required.
Order Cancellation & Changes Policy
Order Cancellation
We understand plans may change. All items are made to order.
Orders may be cancelled at no cost within 48 hours of purchase. (Please note that the 48-hour cancellation period begins upon purchase.)
After this 48-hour period, a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the order total will apply, depending on how far production has progressed.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, as each piece is custom-made exclusively for you.
Order Changes
If you need to make any changes to your order details (such as size, metal color, engraving, or style), please contact us as soon as possible at support@blingflare.com.
We will try our best to accommodate changes before production begins.
Please note: changes may no longer be possible once production is underway.
Warranty Policy
At Blingflare, every purchase is backed by our commitment to superior quality and craftsmanship.
What Our Manufacturing Warranty Covers
Within one year of purchase, we provide professional after-sales service for the following issues:
1. Correcting any manufacturing defects in craftsmanship and materials.
2. Professional inspection and repair for loose or fallen gemstones directly caused by manufacturing flaws.

Complimentary Ring Resizing
We offer one complimentary resizing service within ±1 ring size for all regular ring styles within the warranty period.
Special-shaped, inlaid and complex custom ring designs cannot be resized conventionally. Please contact our customer service in advance to confirm feasibility if you need size adjustment for special styles.
What Our Manufacturing Warranty Does Not Include
Our warranty does not cover non-manufacturing damage and loss situations, including but not limited to:
1. The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, makeup, immersion in pools, hot tubs, or daily bathing.
2. Damage due to long-term daily wear, including worn, deformed or bent prongs, and subsequent gemstone loosening or loss.
3. Accidental impact, improper use, man-made damage and structural changes caused by external force.
4. Theft or accidental loss of the entire ring or accessories.
Important Reminder
Fine jewelry is delicate by nature and can be affected by daily wear. Rings are especially exposed to frequent contact and pressure, which may cause gradual changes over time.
To preserve the condition and durability of your piece, we recommend regular care and timely professional maintenance.
