If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size charts. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

We recommend that you measure your ring size accurately before purchasing. Most of our rings can only be enlarged or reduced by approximately 1 ring size (that is to say we can only size up 1 size the most or size down 1 size).
Otherwise, resizing more than one size will hurt the ring's durability. The diamonds on the ring band may be more prone to falling out in the future.If the ring size needs to be resized to more than 1 ring size, we suggest having the ring remade, and the cost of remaking the ring is 30% of the original price.If you ordered the wrong ring size, we recommend resize at a local jewelry store to fit your ring size. Most of our rings are easy to resize for a skilled jeweler. If you cannot solve it locally, please feel free to contact us.Which rings cannot be resized?

Yes, we source all of our stones from a concious lab in the State, they are all responsibly sourced.

All of our rings are custom made and 100% handmade, so they usually take about 3~4 weeks to make. After the ring is completed, I will arrange the shipment as soon as possible, and then I will synchronize the logistics information to you.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! All the orders can be cancelled within 48 hours for free. All the ring are made to order and 100% hand-made, so once the production begins, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% based on the production progress.

We currently offer Shop Pay installments, which you can see on the checkout page.We offer payment plans with 0% interest up to 24 installments. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan.The first payment will be $100 at least. When the first payment is up to 1/2 of the order total, we will start making your ring.The piece will be shipped once the last payment is paid.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
All items are made to order for each customer. Please allow 3-4 weeks after purchase for shipping.
All standard shipping are free within the United States.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST( E-mail: support@blingflare.com) before returning any items and we will give you instructions on returning them. All items must be sent to the address below. A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees. Refund is not guaranteed if we are not contacted before item is shipped. Returned products must not show signs of wear and tear, marks and scratches, or have any kind of damage. Our return policy EXCLUDES custom orders, engraved items, and items broken or damaged after receipt.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our warranty includes:
All repairs within 1 year of purchase.
Correcting any manufacturing defects.
Our manufacturing warranty does not include:
The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
Damage due to wear such as worn or bent prongs or the resulting loss of gemstones.
Theft or loss of the ring.
Please note that all fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, maintenance, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.
