Send us the product link or image of the ring you want to customize via online chat or email. Let us know which parts you’d like to customize, ideally marking them on the image. We’ll respond within 24 hours. We offer customization for the ring setting, center stone, accent stones, stone sizes, and with different wedding bands.

Once you place your order, our goldsmiths will begin making the ring, which takes about 4-5 weeks. We’ll make a stunning, perfect ring just for you!

We’ll create a mock-up for you to view the ring's final design. If the mock-up doesn’t capture your customization, we’ll prepare a CAD. Once you confirm it, we’ll start making your ring.
