Can I alter the details of the rings? Can I do a different center stone?

Of course! We offer any type of custom or personalized order. If you have an idea for a ring, you are welcome to provide us with pictures or specifications of what you would like made. Please contact us at support@blingflare.com for details!

We reserve the right to shelve and sell customized products.
The custom order is specifically made for you, which is not refundable unless there is a defect with the item when you get the item, in that case we will make a new one.

How long does it take to receive the ring?

All of our rings are custom made and 100% handmade, so they usually take about 3~4 weeks to make. After the ring is completed, I will arrange the shipment as soon as possible, and then I will synchronize the logistics information to you.

Do you guys offer payment plans/financing?

We currently offer Shop Pay installments, which you can see on the checkout page.

We offer payment plans with 0% interest up to 24 installments. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan.The first payment will be $100 at least. When the first payment is up to 1/2 of the order total, we will start making your ring.The piece will be shipped once the last payment is paid.

Do you offer warranty? What is it like?

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our warranty includes:

All repairs within 1 year of purchase.

Correcting any manufacturing defects.

Our manufacturing warranty does not include:

The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.

Damage due to wear such as worn or bent prongs or the resulting loss of gemstones.

Theft or loss of the ring.

Please note that all fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, maintenance, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.
